Possibly, my most favourite definition of Counselling is:
“Counselling as a persuasive art, transforms the experience of the client from chaos to organisation, from despair to hope and from helplessness to self-reliance” (James T. Hansen, 2002).
I believe that change is the only constant. And there are phases in all our lives where things are difficult. Some situations need clarity, some need coping, most need acceptance and all of them need hope.
Hope comes with a sense of control
We believe that we can help you navigate the confusing or difficult phase that you are going through and give you the confidence to move forward towards self-help and reliance.

What Is Career Counselling?
“Comprehensive career counseling attends to both the public/objective meaning and the private/subjective meaning of interests, abilities, values, and choices” (Savickas, 1993). Your counsellor is NOT a magician! Through your sessions, your counsellor can help you reflect on and learn from progress, but it is the work that you do in between sessions with your counsellor that will make the difference
