1.       What is the duration of the 1-Year PG Diploma in Digital Marketing?

a.       The duration of the course is 300 hours, to be completed within one year

2.       When will the classes be held?

a.       The classes will be held in the late afternoon / evening on three days a week including the weekends.

3.       Where will the classes be held?

a.       The classes will be held in the MAKAUT Campus next to Swimming Pool in Salt Lake. Location at other institutes may be offered subject to adequate number of students there.

4.       Who is eligible for this course?

a.       This is an ideal course for working professionals, graduates and those who are currently pursuing graduation in any discipline and intend to work immediately after completing the graduation.

5.       What is the course fee for the 1-Year PG Diploma in Digital Marketing?

a.       The course fee is only Rs 65000/- payable in three instalments- Rs 15000/- during admission; Rs 25000/- in December 2019 and Rs 25000/- in March 2019.

6.       Who will issue me the PG Diploma?

a.       The PG Diploma will be issued by MAKAUT (Formerly WBUT) in association with Cambridge Marketing College, Cambridge, UK

7.       Is the PG Diploma recognised in India and abroad?

a.       The 1-Year PG Diploma in Digital Marketing is unique as the certification is by MAKAUT and Cambridge Marketing College. Therefore, it is recognised in India and abroad.

8.        Who will be the faculty members who will teach the course?

a.       Most of the faculty members are practicing professionals. Few are alumni of IIT/IIM. Faculty members from Cambridge Marketing College, UK will also deliver lectures over 2-way interactive video links. Some professors from local academia will also be teaching

9.       What does the syllabus look like?

a.       The syllabus has been designed by experts from MAKAUT, industry and Cambridge Marketing College, UK. The curriculum design has all subjects needed to be a digital marketing professional in this digital era. In all, 17 modules will be taught apart from live projects and case studies. The syllabus will be a little distinctive from traditional study curriculum as it will involve studying through internet resources, classroom, practical assignments and getting to know continuously emerging tools and techniques in the digital marketing field. A number of current reports and white papers will also be included during the curriculum.

10.   What are the application deadlines and when will the course commence?

a.       The application closes on 15^th September 2019 and the course will commence in September 2019, itself.
